A new luxury car club and collector community called Luxe Corsa Suites is coming to Lake Zurich, bringing a 20-acre, high-end destination designed specifically for automotive enthusiasts. The project will feature 121 customizable garage suites across 12 climate-controlled buildings, offering space for 300 to 400 vehicles along with upscale amenities such as a members-only clubhouse, a boutique exotic car dealership, a Miami-inspired café lounge, and 24/7 security. Members will also enjoy lifestyle perks including a bourbon and cigar room, spa services, racing and golf simulators, networking lounges, and flexible workspace. Led by former professional driver Romeo Kapudija, Luxe Corsa aims to merge high performance with hospitality, creating a community where owners can store their vehicles, relax, work, and connect with fellow enthusiasts. While demolition work on the site will begin soon, an official opening date has not yet been announced, but demand for the concept is already strong.
